Our founder and executive chair, Sara Miller McCune has been voted into the membership
of American Philosophical Society (the oldest learned society, founded by Benjamin Franklin
in 1743). It comes as a validation of SAGE’s mission to "build bridges to knowledge" as the society
primarily focuses on “promoting useful knowledge” by honoring “leading scholars, scientists,
and professionals through elected membership and opportunities for interdisciplinary,
