The Book is valuable for Ph.D Students and post-docs in Germany, as many professors come from the "old" publishing system where they did not have to publish internationally. Nowadays everybody has to go international when it comes to journal choice, therefore we found the Ann Huff Books very fitting for our teaching needs as they make a lot of implicit knowledge from the reasearch community explicit.
