A manuscript will not be considered if it is also under consideration by another publication.

Publication decisions will be prompt and will be communicated to the author by the Editor-in-Chief.

Please mail your manuscripts to William J. Curran III, Esq. (bcurran3@comcast.net).

    Style requirements

Manuscripts must adhere to the style of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th edition).

    1. All articles should be prefaced by an abstract of not more than 150 words.

    2. All text (including footnotes) should be double-spaced in 12-point font.

    3. Graphs, tables, and charts should be numbered consecutively. Original figure files (rather than copying and pasting figures into a Word document) must be submitted. Artwork resolution must be at least 300 dpi or higher. Tables must be submitted as editable text (rather than as an image).

    SAGE Choice and Open Access

If you or your funder wish your article to be freely available online to nonsubscribers immediately upon publication (gold open access), you can opt for it to be included in SAGE Choice, subject to payment of a publication fee. The manuscript submission and peer review procedure is unchanged. On acceptance of your article, you will be asked to let SAGE know directly if you are choosing SAGE Choice. To check journal eligibility and the publication fee, please visit SAGE Choice. For more information on open access options and compliance at SAGE, including self author archiving deposits (green open access) visit SAGE Publishing Policies on our Journal Author Gateway.
