Aarati Mujumdar is Assistant Professor and Assistant Head of Department at Modern College of Business and Science, Muscat. She holds PhD and MPhil degrees from the MS University of Baroda, India. She specializes in the area of writing skills, and both her dissertations are on Psycholinguistics, exploring the cognitive processes of writing compositions in a second language. Her total teaching experience spans more than 26 years; she has spent 23 years teaching English Language and Literature at the Postgraduate, Undergraduate, and Foundation levels at her department in MS University.
