A good introduction to the world of sports science. The chapter on team cohesion is good and allows for easy understanding. The in chapter learning tasks allow for good discussion opportunities.

This is an excellent book for any level 3 BTEC student, the psychology is very easy to understand. Chapter 15 is a great way of introducing practical examples.
