14th September 2015, Monday, New Delhi; Business Leadership Award and Fellowship Nite was organized by Indian American Chambers of Commerce in the capital. Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, Minister for Communications & Information Technology, GOI and Dr. Naresh Trehan, Chairman, Medanta ‐ The Medicity were Chief Guests at the event; the event was organized to honour some select Indian and US industry stalwarts and organizations who have contributed a great deal to the bilateral cause.
Mr. Gautam Mahajan, CEO Customer Value Foundation and Managing editor of Journal of Creating Value, published by SAGE Publications was also a part of the event.
Mr. Mahajan along with Ms Neetu Kalra, Executive Editor at SAGE Publications, presented the journal to Mr. Prasad and Dr. Trehan, who were quite interested to get insights into the new dynamics of value creation on which the journal focuses.
The vision of the journal is to help executives understand and implement customer value techniques effectively and to encourage them to focus on value creation for long term success and profitability. It focuses on creating value for customers, thereby creating value for the company and all stakeholders.
