Pratyush Banerjee has been working at the level of an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, since June 2017. Prior to joining BITS, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Resource Management at ICFAI Business School (IBS) Hyderabad, ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education (IFHE) University, from June 2015 to June 2017. Jatin Pandey

Jatin Pandey is currently Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area, IIM Indore. He is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to this, he has served at IIM Kozhikode as an Assistant Professor. He was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by University Grants Commission, Government of India, and has been awarded the Best Thesis by IIM Ahmedabad for his doctoral work. His research interests focus on Indian management thought, management for rural and difficult geographies, job performance and emotions at workplace. Manish Gupta

Manish Gupta is at present Assistant Professor at Department of HR, IBS Hyderabad, a Constituent of IFHE, Deemed to be University. His PhD thesis is in the area of ‘work engagement’. Dr Gupta is a recipient of JRF and National Eligibility Test (NET) certificate awarded by University Grants Commission, Government of India.
