“[Organization Development, The Process of Leading Organizational Change, Third Edition] is very organized and the case studies help reinforce the concepts learned in class. It is a great book!“

Helen Muyia

I've come across Donald Anderson before in previous textbooks, but this one is a delight. The outline of the OD processes are highly readable and focuses on the practitioner as well as the process. The case studies are usable and useful and the triad of theory, research and practice draws the book from suitable background reading to something you can use on a daily basis.

This book has an easy to follow structure with some very good examples throughout the chapters. The companion website is useful and has a number of very good additional resources that will help to embed the theories.
