The text arrived after the decision date, unfortunately. The text used was less than satisfactory. I found Managerial Communication to be useful, with excellent examples and strong organization. When I next teach the course, I will adopt this book.

The layout of the book works perfectly with the subject material. The time and effort put into this book successfully displays a remarkable since of awareness, knowledge, and approach. The students will be able to learn from it and the material is very clear.

I enjoyed the book and found it useful, the feedback from learners was they found it a little too complicated around strategies and applications and they would find it hard to relate to their working enviroment.
Too skill oriented for my students. We focus more on an analytical approach. But it is a good book
