As always, Bill Rogers provides clear practical advice for behaviour management with plenty of examples for good practice. I know there is an early years / KS1 book but I would like a through primary version if possible for my trainee teachers.

Good book with strategies that could strengthen classroom management. The book is carefully structured; the reflection aspect is good. Whilst it is directed at the 4-18 age range the strategies can easily be adapted.

This is a really useful book for anyone who is looking to work with children and young people. It doesn't have to be just in a classroom setting as many of the ideas given can be adapted to other settings. A very good easy to read book.

This is now added to my reading list as a key text for the unit on behaviour management I deliver. Really accessible and authentic. Rogers uses real situations and behavioural issues with practical advice which is instantly usable; what every teacher wants!
Although focused at the compulsory sector is still a very useful guide for teachers in FE.
Ordered multiple copies for library. Students advised to use this to support reflection on practice. Bill Rogers manages to communicate ideas and approaches very clearly that really support students to understand behaviour management.

A very useful practical guide to classroom management with good case studies. Probably more useful for the compulsory sector but many of the tips can be used in FE too.
