"The strengths of this book are many. Of particular note is the first chapter, in which Miller and Crabtree present a ‘road map’ or research methods. They identify five styles of inquiry, ranging from experimental to philosophic, based on the focus and intent of the research. In further evaluation, they then match research aims and analysis objectives with these styles.
Recommended as an additional text to our nursing students.
this is a good book for my qualitative Masters degree research students, I currently have 4 students and I have highly recommended this book to them, the students in the VRM401 class still have an option of quantitative or qualitative research but again I have recommended this book. I have requested the library to order a copy for each of our 3 campuses as well.
