This book is an absolute great companion to have.
An excellent book. It is easy to read and understand. This book contains a great mix of theory and research and presented via interesting chapters. A book that you can dip in and out of. Well recommended to BA Education Studies students or any student/teacher with an interest in managing people in education.
Brilliant piece of literature which is detailed within its explanations, however it is at the same time east to follow and digest.
Not used the book for teaching yet, but will do in the future.
