Shailja Sharma, BBA (Management), MBA (Marketing), MTM, PhD, UGC (NET and JRF), is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
