Surveys are a common methodology in educational research, but often relegated to a chapter in a general text about research methods. It is really helpful to have a specific guide, not just surveys, but about online surveys. Though, due to the ever-changing nature of the online environment, there are likely to be updates / new editions needed, this text currently provides an accessible guide to conducting rigorous online surveys and how to interpret the data. Anyone considering using web-based surveys should make use of this guide.

A very thorough and detailed book covering online surveys. This is not a book for anyone new to research and it assumes a level of pre-existing knowledge and also familiarity with research terminology.
There are some nice examples and the text is broken up to some degree by images and diagrams which helps. In some parts it is a little busy and perhaps tries to do too much.
