Kathy Ahern

Kathy Ahern has been an academic for three decades. As a research methodologist, she has researched, supervised, and taught in many disciplines including nursing, midwifery, psychiatry, education, sociology, and psychology. She has taught qualitative and quantitative research methods at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels for many years. Following completion of her undergraduate degree, Kathy spent 2 years as a high school English teacher.





Bryan Ahlgren, DO

Dr. Bryan Ahlgren is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Colorado Denver. He completed his residency and cardiothoracic fellowship training at University of Colorado, prior to beginning his Faculty appointment. He specializes in 3D TEE imaging for cardiothoracic surgery and has an academic interest in noninvasive modalities for cardiac output monitoring and fluid responsiveness.


Eileen M. Ahlin

Eileen M. Ahlin is an assistant professor of Criminal Justice in the School of Public Affairs at Penn State Harrisburg. She joined the faculty in 2013 after 15 years in the private sector where she conducted research at the federal, state, and local levels. She received a BA in Administration of Justice and Sociology from Penn State University and her MA in Sociology from George Mason University.
