Elisabetta Adami

  Elisabetta Adami is a University Academic Fellow in Multimodal Communication at the University of Leeds, where she has founded and leads the activities of the cross-faculty Multimodality Satellite within Language@Leeds. Her research looks at sign- and meaning-making practices in place, in face-to-face interaction, and in digital environments, with particular focus on communication in intercultural contexts.

Betty Adamou

Betty Adamou is the CEO of Research Through Gaming (RTG), the company she founded in 2011 after 5 years in market research. Working in several parts of the market research process, she recognised some problems with traditional online surveys and a lack of interest in respondents; a gaming approach offered potential and she created RTG to make games for surveys.

Bert N. Adams

Bert N. Adams (Ph.D., University of North Carolina) is Emeritus Professor of Sociology at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He is a former President and currently a Fellow of the National Council on Family Relations. He has taught sociological theory extensively, both in East Africa and at the University of Wisconsin, and also teaches and writes on the sociology of the family.
