Marc Stoneham

Mark Stoneham is Consultant in Anaesthesia, Senior Clinical Lecturer and Head of Anaesthesia at the John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford. He spent 5 years with the Royal Marines and Royal Navy before training in vascular anaesthesia in the south west of England and at the University of Michigan, USA. His research and clinical interests are in aortic and carotid surgery, particularly awake carotid surgery. When he is not at work, he will often be found sailing, or at least wishing he was sailing.
