Mark J. Eitelberg

Dr. Mark J. Eitelberg is Professor of Public Policy in the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, California. Prior to joining the faculty of NPS in 1982, he served for nearly eight years as Senior Scientist with the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO), where he directed numerous studies for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).

Claude E. Welch, Jr.

Claude Welch, SUNY Distinguished Service Professor and Professor of Political Science Emeritus, taught at the University of Buffalo from 1964 to 2017. His academic specializations include African politics, the roles of armed forces in politics, and human rights. His teaching awards have come from Political Science students, the Undergraduate Student Association, and the Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching.
