Dr. Abeal Vázquez holds a PhD in Economics and is a Lecturer in the Department of Business at the University of A Coruña (Spain). He has also taught at several University Schools linked to the Universidade da Coruña and other Private Universities. He completed a Management Development Program by IESE Business School and he holds a Masters in Commercial Management and Marketing from the Caixanova Business School.
Ana Abecasis, MD, PhD, PharmD, is from Lisbon. She trained as a medical doctor and as a pharmacist; she is also a specialist in bioinformatics. She finished her PhD in medical sciences at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium in May 2009. She has been an assistant professor at IHMT, NOVA University of Lisbon since May 2019. Between January 2014 and April 2019, she was an invited assistant researcher at the IHMT.
