Kenneth B. Albala

Ken Albala is Professor of History at the University of the Pacific and Director of the Food Studies MA program in San Francisco. He has authored or edited 23 books on food including Eating Right in the Renaissance, Food in Early Modern Europe, Cooking in Europe 1250-1650, The Banquet, Beans (winner 2008 IACP Jane Grigson Award), Pancake, Grow Food, Cook Food, Share Food and Nuts: A Global History.

Jay Albanese is a professor in the Wilder School of Government & Public Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is the first Ph.D. graduate from the Rutgers University School of Criminal Justice. He served as Chief of the International Center at the National Institute of Justice, the research arm of the U.S. Department of Justice. 




Neena Albarus

Neena Albarus holds an MSW in social work and is an instructor in the Department of Sociology, Psychology and Social Work at UWI, Mona. She is an experienced researcher in qualitative, quantitative, and integrative methods. She has conducted research in Jamaica, Saint Lucia, and Dominica. She coded and processed the newspaper stories for the 2016 General Election forecasts.
