Dr. Ya Gao is a full-time senior lecturer in accounting and finance, at the University of Brighton, UK. She received her PhD from the University of Surrey, UK. She holds an MSc in investment management from ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, in University of Reading, UK. She is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the United Kingdom.
