Anindya Basu Roy is a B. Tech (Hons) from IIT Kharagpur. Subsequently, he did his MBA from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM, Calcutta University) and his PhD in management from West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT, now known as Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal). Sumati Ray

Sumati Ray is an MSc in applied psychology from Calcutta University. Subsequently, she did her PhD in applied psychology from Calcutta University.She started her career with the Indian Institute of Psychometry in Kolkata. She rose to become the joint director for research and development at the institute.
