This book is simply interesting. The language is simple and most accessible.

In addition, the authors have done a great job in presenting an array of leadership topics supplemented by cases from real life. This adds a unique dimension to the book compared with some of what is currently on the market.

W. Glenn Rowe served in the Canadian Navy for 22 years. While still in the navy, he completed his MBA degree at Memorial University of Newfoundland part-time (1983-1986) and taught on a part-time basis for 2 years (1986-1988) in Memorial’s Faculty of Business Administration. In 1990, he retired from the navy and became a full-time lecturer in the Faculty of Business Administration at Memorial.
