This is a high quality text, exploring every aspect of organisational behaviour and management. It includes many of the areas covered in all business/leadership and management courses, including cultural aspects of organisations, developing effective teams and managing conflict; all of which are essential components to any business course.

The text is essential for any business or leadership and management course. It has extensive detail, and is easy to read, with a clear and logical layout, this makes it suitable for level 3 or above. I would anticipate this course is particularly useful courses level 5 and above, as it provides extensive details and analysis of the core topics.

In summary, an excellent text, suitable for business courses of at all levels.

thank you for the inspection copy which arrived some days ago.

First of all: Perfect book.

- the structure of the book is easy to understand and gives a great overview of the different organizational behaviour topics - you are able to read non-linear and start where ever you want

- interdisciplinary: usefull for different professions like Non-Profit-Management
