Rossana Guttilla

Rossana is a Senior Lecturer in HRM and OB at the University of Exeter Business School, with over 20 years’ experience in UK higher education. She has directed Business Management programmes at both the University of Exeter and the University of Plymouth, leading large, diverse cohorts and delivering high-impact modules in IHRM, general management, and graduate skills. Christine Parkin Hughes

Chris is a Professor at the University of Exeter Business School and a Trustee and Member of the People and Nominations Committee for The Royal College Occupational Therapists.She is a Senator at the University, the Director of Education and Student Experience for the Management department, and the Educational Director of the Exeter Centre for Leadership (ExCL). She also leads the OBHR group.
