This is a good, comprehensive book that compliments the new IQA qualification. I have recommended it to my fellow peers as a guide to the course that they are now starting.

The TAQA Book produced by Ann Gravells is an essential read for anyone attending Assessor or Quality Assurance qualifications and a supporting document for those already qualified. Ann provides clear guidance on the theory and principles of assessment, with examples of required documentation and procedures. I will be purchasing copies of the book as a resource for learners attending training with Akuro Limited.
