I have set this as a key text for my Level 3 Award in Education and Training trainees. The beauty of this text is that it covers all the required content for the Level 3 Award, but does it in a thought provoking way which encourages trainees to develop their thinking at higher levels. I have found it a rich basis for meaningful discussion and class activities.

This book some students have found useful for different research, I like the chapter on resources as it also includes e-learning. A good additional book to support learning or to have in your LRC.
